Phat, you are misstating my beliefs in many ways. I believe the Bible is completely reliable inerrant truth, but that doesn't mean I don't regard other books and sources of information as also containing truth, possibly being completely true. As long as there is no contradiction with the Bible I have no trouble with that idea. And that's how I regard most science too, though you suggest I don't. I object only to the historical sciences, the Old Earth and biological Evolution, and they cannot be proved unlike the hard sciences.

My grandfather homesteaded in the Pincher Creek area, also my grandmother's family though I'm not as clear about their history. They were nearby anyway. You really ought to know by now that since science addresses the physical world it misses the invisible spiritual world altogether.

You missed what I said in Message 1417 where I described an occasion when a pastor asked the whole congregation to face east and speak in our tongues, which we did, and the room was full of babbling tongues. What "collusion" could there possibly be when we all have a different "rtongue?"And anybody who has ever seen Tourette's knows this is nothing like Tourette's. There is no more qualification required than that.\The strained efforts to deny the obvious by all of you are amusing.

Tourette's comes over a person suddenly and can't be controlled, causing both jerky movements and voiced profanities. Tongues speaking can be started and stopped by the speaker, it is completely within our control. I don't think it's a genuine gift of the Spirit, I think it could be demonic or it could be what Watchman Nee said, a remnant of the "soul power" Adam and Eve had that gets stimulated in a spiritual context. No it is not false, I had the "gift" and I know it is wholly within the control of the person who has it. No I did not say it is not REAL, it's completely real. And stop lying. I know lots of people who speak in tongues and it is not like Tourette's. Stop with the stupidities, they are tiresome.

There's lots of mental illness that is misdiagnosed.
