Before I say anything else I've noticed you assume I'm an atheist, or at least a non-Christian. Please remember I am a Christian. A Methodist(go ahead and get mad at that, I dare you ) but that's still Christian. Interpreting God's Word and adding onto it are two different things. Please don't confuse the two. Evolution is not a religion, it's a SCIENTIFIC theory. (If you can't tell, the adjective 'scientific' may hint something to do with science)Science is about making theories and observations, the scientists are the ones who decide whether or not things are proof, science does not attempt to prove anything. The theory of gravity is not a religion, nor is String Theory. So why is evolution any different? A natural 'test' occured during the Industrial Revolution.(please, PLEASE say you at least know what that is so I don't have to explain it!)The tree bark became dark from the soot, and the butterflies that were white became more noticable to predators, while the originally less common dark butterflies began to be more common. Note that is Natural Selection and not Evolution, but Natural Selection is a part of the ToE. I don't have faith in evolution, I have faith in God. But also, if ToE is a 'religion',according to you, then how can you pervert its words to suit your faith in Christianity? 'How much longer will it be until' you start making sense?! That makes it sound like some kind of plague. ITS JUST SCIENCE!!Sorry about the quotes, had to have some fun because I just learned how to do the blue box.

That was pretty funny, especially Dan's comment about the head exploding. However, this is partly why I really don't think I should put a picture of myself as my avatar. The majority of pictures of me doing anything cool also involve spandex, hence the signature.Now about your self portrait, while much more attractive than your other one, are you sure it's not too much exposure?

'religious faith' is NOT science. But here's the rule: You must give reasons, not just tell me that it is not. You quoted my reasons for asserting the ToE is purely scientific, thank you. However, since you acknowledged it please analyze it. Also please remember to give me good, logical reasons why evolutionary 'religious faith' is so religious. Thanks.

"Do you believe the bible contradicts itself?"It's been rewritten/translated many times and 'edited' at least once in the last two thousand years. I believe it has some kinks in it but the message of Jesus as the messiah and God's love is there. I believe in those teachings, but there are parts of the Bible like Noah's Flood (assuming it happened) that contradict the love of God that I believe in my spirit. Thanks. You too, I'm happy that you feel so strongly about this wonderful faith that so many of us share. Please don't accuse me of lying. I may be a smartass but I'm not a liar. I got my only B in biology ever (as opposed to Cs)during the evolution unit last semester, I'd say I have adequate knowledge of the basic fundamentals. I won't claim to be an expert, but I have some understanding of it. However, do YOU know what it's all about?
And no, it's not about thwarting the Truth and it'd not about Satan trying to lure people away from God either.
