Ummm, no. In Febuarary 2022, before the invasion of Ukrain, gas prices were around $3.50.AAA Gas PricesPrices were at that price because of a world wide shortage of oil, even at that point. The invasion of Ukraine worsened that shortage. What do you want Biden to do, force other countries to produce more oil? The US is already a net exporter of oil. This has been true for Biden's entire term. We produce more oil than we consume. We never produced enough oil to supply ourselves and all of our allies. Never. What active pipeline did Biden stop? We were already a net exporter. Yet more bare assertions with no facts to back them up.
