I think you were just a handy example of many posts, not a convicted culprit of thread diversion, and your distinctive avatar makes your posts stand out and be noticed.
Hrm, is my avatar too much? I thought it was fun - I think it's some original cabinet art from the "Frogger" video game, before they called it Frogger.
But point taken. I was worried I was becoming obnoxious, or something, and everyone knew it but me. The fact that Buzsaw, of all people, told me that he liked to debate with me gave me great pause in that regard. (No offense, Buz. )
While the administrators and moderators shouldn't be viewed as Gestapo troopers, neither are they potted plants.
Again, point taken. Like I said I think the rapid-fire nature of the discussion was due more to a sense of impending moderator shut-down than anything else. DC85, MessenjaH, and I are easily the more content-lite of the posters here, relying more on logic than on evidence, so doubtless that accounts for the shortness of our posts.
That being said, we not only appreciate and understand the feedback, but think it makes some very important points, and I'm sure I'm speaking for all the admins and moderators when I say we will definitely try to incorporate it into our future efforts.
Well, heck, you hardly have to go that far on my account.

closure of vistor punc eq threading
I didnt miss the point in time this time. I am about ready to post a summary of my postion and MARK24 got it right this time AND opened a thread spot for me to continue even if I didnt want it linked to the dissucssion with John on EvPE... so closing Down the vistor thread on punctuated equilibrium would be fine with me. I am just glad that some progress was ACTUALLY made- well done Rei! and thanks Mark24 for reading thru my raw wordings... to any others I fleww Cookkoo with I leave that to my password-and the comic coffe cashe- tha much I know I did not put in here but I have it memorized unfortunately.
just wait-- yeah I am ready- nest next. I'm just not sure if I need to seperate the worms. So far I havent done that.

Regarding the closing of the magic 3's thread.
Not a too fast closure at all. Why too slow in fact.
What nonsense!

Care to start a "Too Slow Closure of Threads" topic?
I'd include a "smiley", but I'm actually serious. I think we could use some "defacto-moderators". People willing to point out problem areas.
It's tough going, to sign up "real" moderators. I've contacted a number of people, but most are reluctant at best. Give praise to AdminAsgara, the Queen of the Universe. As far as I'm concerned, she can also be parallel queens, to the parallel universes.

I'm online a lot. I could perhaps moderate. How much time commitment do you want?
Actually, I would like to see a couple of creationist moderators more than me.
I would also not want to be held back in posting under my non admin id?
My comments on the magic 3's thread was my own view. Others seemed happy to post to it so I'm not sure I would have closed it anyway. If I took my own views to much into consideration I wouldn't have the various "biblical" threads. I'm not sure what attacking the bible has to do witht the creation science vs ToE agrument in any place where the bible isn't apparently contradiction the findings of science. But it is enjoyable to read over none the less.

I once used a topic to offer up a moderator position, only to be convinced the offer was an error. That left me in the position of also having to withdraw the offer in public. Thus, I have a reluctance towards making moderator recruitment discussions in the public forum. I will try to put together something, and send it to you via e-mail. May take a while though.
Your e-mail address isn't in the public record. With the special admin accesses, I can dig it up, but it would be nice if you contacted me at mnmoose@lakenet.com.
Cheers,
Adminnemooseus

What creationists do we have who would be responsible moderators? I might trust buzsaw, he doesn't seem the type to make rash decisions.

The impersonation of Brad is simply untrue. Admin told me to 'Go Mad'. Unfortunately 'other people' interfered with my obeying Admin's request - my dissapointment will last long, the expressionism of myself has nothing to do with 'impersonations'.
_ Also I didn't have a chance to plead with admin Ned. Who I feel would make a more fair judgement, no disrespect intended.
I might have to use autopilot as a retaliation

For indeed I saw a non-spirtual response haveing to do with the conventional use of Maxwell and Delay in Catastophe theory so while I was amused, in fact, I did not think of myself the first time I read it, I only started to after I read Ned's - I have not position on the closure of this one. I still have much "house keeping" to do to distinguish a bare bear minimum baramin from that which it bears on. LAter--

Mike darlin',
I'll let the other three make a decision on this. As it is, I see no reason yet to change my mind.

Thanks Brad,
You already know I do refrainfrom judging people fullstop. My inspiration to type with extreme expressionism has opened a NEW logic in the wiz can. If this offends you in anyway (which I doubt) as my expressionism is not intelligent, I will cease to type in this 'immediate' way. Untill then live long and prosper. - Mike

It's okay Babe I know you have a job to do. My threats are indeed 'humour' orientated, but I trust my right to express myself wont be stopped?
This is just one of my 'new' arts, if you check my profile my seeds of communication are pre- stated.

Nope-get glad not mad brad. I a not. Go full throttle -There is still Themla and louise. I just noticed the INTELLIGENT DESIGN category today and could not recall if it was always on this board or if it was only put up after I stopped trying to read to this site rather than right to it. That mark didnt want to be off my no answer in genesis hook was also somewhat funny. But I dont know how this helps Adim A out.

Thanks Brad,
I knew that you yourself posses the humble traits of Columbo - of whom I am a big fan. As for intelligent design I'll take YOU as living proof (of intelligence) as you are inspirational to my 'expressionism' but not infact the direct cause. I hope you enjoy my 'expressionism' which is one of it's intentions Though whether my 'art' will be able to be produced on the 'evc' canvas is up to the administrative deductions of the powers that are produced in the relative subjects.
Good bye for now.

Ofcousre some art is plain stupid. Like a frozen potatoe hanging on a string, named 'never pealed'. If expressionism is to keep it's free feel maybe the topic should be re-opened - if only for an outlet of the words inside me that cannot be produced in ordinary debate.
Any thoughts?
- Maybe other posters could vote yes for yes or no for no.
I would apreciate a free space for myself to unload - what better place than a 'no topic'.
I am ofcourse an extremely darth vader While I need no personal 'freedom' if no one else is allowed, the 'off topic' could be an 'unspoken' permission given gift of discresion for the cause of an abominable fool. If admin posses mercy they will oblige as it's not like I post every day.
