No they don't find ages of rocks. Finding oil doesn't involve that as much as you thought it did.

Planes do not fly to the edges of the universe. Really. Planes big or small, or toy planes have zero to do with origin arguments. Your Buzz LightYear imagination is showing.

Origin claims get no results. Fables are like that.

The stories science tells about the origins of life and the universe etc. Those ones.

You can say you know more than God if you like...for all it's worth. The thing is you need to post it, not talk big.

Be specific. What origin of life fable? What origin of the universe fable?

Okay, what would you like me to post? Be specific. The thing is you need to post it, not talk big."I'm Fallen and I can't get up!"

We get results (computers, petroleum, etc.) using the same processes that we use to learn about origins. You're saying that we can' t build a shed with the same tools that we use to build a garage. Origin claims get no results."I'm Fallen and I can't get up!"

Nonsense. They're built with the same intellectual tools. Planes big or small, or toy planes have zero to do with origin arguments."I'm Fallen and I can't get up!"

Again... it's about the same thought PROCESS. Why would it work so well in one case (finding oil) and be such a dismal failure - according to you - in another area (finding the age of rocks)? How is it that geologists get it right when you need fuel but wrong when they disagree with you? No they don't find ages of rocks. Finding oil doesn't involve that as much as you thought it did."I'm Fallen and I can't get up!"

Well, the topic here is Geology and the Flood. One of the key articles of debate on this issue is the dates. Science says 65 or seventy million years ago (If the KT was near the flood time) and Scripture and Jewish tradition say something closer to 4500 years ago.
The main reason science uses old ages is because of radioactive decay dating. The main reason they do this is because of a belief that laws and forces/nature were always the same on earth. (not talking about the far universe here). So, prove (evidence solidly) that it was? Otherwise, why would we not assume much of the ratios we see were part of creation, and that the former nature also affected ratios? Why must we believe your positive claim?

quote:Because they do not disagree with me about the actual reasons they find oil. The past left us patterns of layers laid down. We have discovered that in certain areas and layers oil and certain things tend to be more likely. It doesn't matter about what phantom imaginary ages people imagine that layers were formed in! Whether a layer was put down 5500 years ago in the former nature, or whether it was put down (insert belief based ages based on a same nature in the past here). The result is the same we would tend to see oil in certain layers. That's why.

Oklo reactor. About 1.7 billion years ago.
Not that you could understand it or address the implications for your beliefs.
