Kinda grim in that it seems what the US is doing is WRONG. We should be doing both lines of attack with the full kitchen sink of strategies,

horrible legend. what is the fat red curve? the fat blue curve? i see a very tiny grey line with 2 definitions. scales have to marked clearly. this is a horrible graph.
