As I pointed out when discussing Robin's arguments they do not truly involve evolution as such. Rather they rest on data that is bserved in the present day and can be inferred wiht very strogn evidential support for the past.
Thus Robin's arguments, if they work, are arguments agaisnt the existence of God and anyone who accepts them as valid is an atheist.
