I don't think censorship is the right approach. If candle2 is wrong then words should be able to make that clear.
But the impression I'm getting from what's been said here is that candle2 is not that interested in a back and forth discussion, instead mostly ignoring what people say while repeating his message. Am I close? If so then my only comment is that moderation has been largely unsuccessful. Nagging from moderators and temporary suspensions have never been very successful at influencing behavior. The new post limit feature can't really be considered successful because members who received post limits ceased participation.
All I can suggest is to continue to engage with candle2 because better ideas and arguments tend to win out.
