Mike, unless this is another joke on your part, it seems that you STILL don't understand the point of the rules.
The rules are NOT to identify whether a prediction is true or false they are there to say whether the prophecy is good EVIDENCE of genuine foreknowledge. Let me make that very clear - if you say that the sun will rise tomorrow you MIGHT have genuine foreknowledge - but there is no way to tell. And that is what the rules are for - to idnetify those prophecies (if any) that DO tell us that the originator had genuine foreknowledge. "Wars and rumours of wars" on its own isn't even as good as "the sun will rise tomorrow" - with no time limit there's not even a way to to be certain that it failed in the unlikely event that long-term peace broke out.
