Do you mean the English language as used in England, Canada and the US?Or do you just mean the US where we had the McCarthy red-scare nonsense perpetuated on people to scare them?(1) the socialist policies that Bernie proposes are similar to socialistic policies in England, Canada, France, Germany, and the Nordic countries -- especially those Nordic countries. They are not radical, they are based on the perception of basic human rights as codified in the UN Human Rights Declaration.(2) Bernie is a socialistic democrat, and that means tempering capitalism with social justice, rather than replacing it, with the specific mix of socialism and capitalism decided democratically. Of course the rich and large corporation people would fear his policies (minimum living wage, paid sick and maternity leave, equal pay for work of equal value) but that doesn't mean that these policies are bad for workers - quite the contrary. Except that she is scrambling to the left to counter Bernie's popularity and out of her comfort zone. She wants to be Obama's 3rd term and not make waves. I seriously doubt that any banksters would be broken up or prosecuted by her. The use of ad hominem usually means your argument is weak and based on personal opinion and bias rather than reason.I predict that Bernie will beat Hillary in Nevada and be in a virtual tie with her in S.Carolina and that her campaign will become even more strident (hopefully with no more dog barking ... )Enjoy.

I don't think you're getting an honest answer with Trump. I think his political persona is equally as scripted as those who pick their words carefully to avoid giving offense, he's simply decided he thinks he can win with a different strategy, and that's precisely by cultivating the image of a no-nonsense straight talker who has no truck with all this 'political correctness'. His words seem calculated both to speak directly to a constituency he thinks is big enough to win him the election; while provoking others into looking like shrill, whiny, liberal elitists when they criticise him.

Dr. A, I usually ignore this sort of post from you (which is typical of you) because it is underhanded. It is your obligation to tell me how I supposedly misquoted Trump, which I have no reason to believe I did. I've only been following what has been said in this series of posts. If you want an answer (which obviously you don't, you'd much rather just get away with a hit-and-run unfair accusation), but if you do want an answer, please show me where I misquoted Trump.

Liberals always annoy me, but misconstruing facts annoys me more.Political Correctness has a definition that originated with conservatives as a complaint against the way the Left tyrannically determines how people are allowed to think. The definition originated with an essay by Bilil Lind HERE which is by now a classic that traces the concept to the Cultural Marxists, and since I lived through all that quite up close and personal in a college town in the sixties where you toed that line or were quite the outcast I KNOW what it means. It's a form of tyrannical propaganda that disallows freedom of thought on certain subjects. There is no other legitimate definition of PC. Any leftist definition is either just leftists having no clue about any of it, or it's been co-opted from the original meaning in order to confuse things.BUT my post was about how you misread what I wrote and that is still the case no matter what PC means. As I said I haven't followed all the ins and outs of this current political process and I don't read twitter, so honesty requires you to reproduce the supposed "white supremacist tweets" to which you refer. Perhaps you are right and Trump has been exposed as a white supremacist, but more likely you like all leftists impute racism to nonracist opinions.The fact that white supremacists may like what he said about illegal immigration and admitting refugees without investigating them does not make Trump a white supremacist, as I've been arguing here for the last series of posts.

And he didn't say anything in the vicinity of "illegal immigrants are going to have rapists among them and I happen to know of cases of rape by illegal immigrants".
