Or the new coal plant that cost 1.4 billion for 600 MW of power that will encounter 200 million in losses in the next 5 years. While a new nuclear power plant with 2 one gigawatt reactors would cost 1.8 billion. No nothing to see there that was all perfectly legal no money was stolen.
