None of that is racism except denying apartments to blacks, and that's a sort of indirect form of it since the motivation is probably less actual racism than it is business motivated, which would be an accommodation to community racism though not his own personal racism.But none of the other examples are of racism and are exactly what we keep yelling about. I believe Trump expected blacks to drive out the whites and his property would then be occupied by all blacks so that its value would drop and so would his rents. That was a common expectation back in the day, it was the cause of a lot of racism in renting and selling properties. And it was true. Whites WOULD move out and the property values WOULD drop.Trump was never "focusing on brown people" AT ALL. There is nothing in the Bible that justifies an objection to interracial marriage. I don't see how they rationalize it. When he says that's the way he was brought up that's really the best explanation he has. It has no Christian justification so it's just a belief handed down to him. Of course it's racism, I'd like to know how he makes the distinction.

Christianity when genuine is usually not just "handed down," it has to be personally learned and embraced. Anyone who says he's a Christian and his beliefs were handed down is not really a CHristian.
