Right it's abhorrent if we knock down a statue or something but OK for them to kill hundreds of Americans. That's his point.

OK, he's a terrorist to US and a terrorist to many/most of the Iranian people, and to many others in the Middle East, and a patriot to the Islamic State. So what's your point? We have to respect a patriot of the Islamic State that wants us dead, mourn his death, in fact not kill him at all? The Nazis were patriots in Germany. You get the point.I happen to believe that there is a clear difference between good and evil that is not all that hard to figure out. We're good, all the innocent Iranians and Iraqis are good, the Islamic State is bad, Soleimani was bad. America has always operated on the ability to tell the difference, that's why we've always been a force for good in the world. Now it seems the Left is determined to blur it all to the point that there is no difference and murderers, terrorists, will be allowed to do as they please.AbE: In fact let me add here that this attempt to criminalize and impeach Trump is a symptom of this kind of thinking. He's doing good but he's been accused of doing evil. This is already destroying the foundations of America and will bring us all crashing down very soon if the Left doesnh't come to its sense. Nothing I said implies that all circumstances are easy to figure out and America makes mistakes too, but your thinking nevertheless contributes to the blurring of good and evil.

The few remaining sane people in the Senate, as in the House, are "thumbing their noses" at the egregeiously dishonest Adam Schiff and his House Manager cohorts who are bringing down the Constitution and America itself with their false claims. It's turning out that this political polarization is really about the confusion of good and evil on the Left which is what I was just discussing. Since the Left has no ability to tell the difference any more, and certainly doesn't care since power is all they want, not truth, not justice, I don't see much hope for America. You treat me as if I were the only one with my point of view, but that's only true within EvC, and even here there are a couple others who more or less share my point of view at least occasionally or on certain subjects. But I get most of my stuff from the many voices "out there" including information about the intelligence services I mentioned. These voices represent some sixty three million people who voted for Trump. I'm only alone in here. And it does get very lonely at times. Well, Kasraie has been given credence by many of my sources but I'll happily enough take credit for my trust in her if you like. She's just a very credible person.The report of how many were stationed at our air bases was on the news reports on my favorite radio stations, and the conservative talk hosts said they were warned and took cover in tunnels, or at least that was the case on one air base. If you don't know these things it's because you listen to the wrong sources. There were thousands of them, and very few were injured so I suppose those were the few that didn't take cover for whatever reason. But I don't know, just have to guess. I do know that thousands were not hurt who could have been had they not been able to find cover.Although some were advising Trump against the action, there had to be more advising him to do it. Perhaps fake news simply chose not to cover that way-too-positive piece of information. Only the news that disparages Trump. That's their motto.

I suppose you've also missed the statistic I hear from time to time, from some pretty credible sources too I think, that the news coverage of Trump runs something like 90 or 95% negative. I guess you can say that's just because he does that many bad things, but no other President has ever had to endure such coverage, and it's odd that there are so many of us out here who consider what he's been doing to be predominantly good for the country, including those tens of thousands who continue to attent his rallies all over the country with large overflow crowds. Sorry, the media IS intentionally misrepresenting anything to do with Trump. And you really should read Mark Levinn's book "Unfreedom of the Press" and of coruse other conservative books.
