That's far too binary a statement, it IS our business what people do with their own bodies, that's why we try to intervene with suicides and have health and safety regulations. We also try to prevent people harming other people (and animals). And in abortion regulations we have laws for the stages that foetuses can be aborted. We recognise not just the rights of the women but also those of the unborn child.
We SHOULD be uncomfortable with the decisions we make about abortion. It's not black and white at all.
