He's not careful about such facts, and that in itself is a big failing, but it's not lying. He doesn't pay close attention to particulars. He should, but he doesn't. It's not lying although I agree it's a big fault of his.

Self awareness is not one of your strong suits I see. Perhaps you are right. In which case you need to explain what you mean.

But, Love, your politics, religion, philosophy, world view are not just different from mine or different from the majority but are evil and down right dangerous to our species as a whole. Just say it straight and hate me honestly as everybody else here does, and leave off the "M'Love" crap. I feel very much the same about YOUR politics, philosophy and worldview, that they are sheer evil and dangerous to everything good in this world. Positively toxic and lethal in fact. Totalitarian, anti-American and fundamentally inhumane. Now, your use of the word "love" is cynicism itself. Oh gosh, you would actually say it's just the way you are? That's crap, AZ, cut it out. Oh and my views are pretty consistent with the millions who voted for Trump, not different from THAT majority. Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

That kind of discrepancy can't be a lie, it's too blatant.

Aside from the fact that I really don't believe that, it doesn't matter either to what I'm saying or to your claim about the election.
The reason we have the Electoral College is that the popular vote is a false representation of the nature of the country. The densely populated areas all vote as one anyway, so you can count that three million and much more as one urban-centered Leftist vote. And it has nothing to do with what I was saying anyway. AZ treated my opinion as far from the majority, but in fact it represents most of those who voted for Trump.

Nope. As I suggested to PaulK, go google "Narcissistic personality charming"
Narcissistic Personality Disorder Characteristics:
Perhaps selfishness in relationships, which would fit a vast majority of human beings anyway. But NONE of the rest. In fact it is absurd to impute those qualities to Trump. If Trump had some unusual need of praise and approval he couldn't have lasted the first month in office with the vicious attacks against him that have continued unabated in the press and the social media from the beginning. I certainly don't see feelings of insecurity considering how amazingly strong he has been at facing down his critics. Good grief, nobody has been as strong as Trump in the situation he's in, or could be. Need to be among special people? My impression is that he prefers the company of blue collar workers and is rather uncomfortable among the elites in Washington. Entitlement? How?Exaggerated sense of self importance? How? I see him as sincerely trying to live up to his promises to his supporters, not putting himself above anybody. Where do you get this stuff? Envy? How? Good grief, envy? That's the hallmark of the Left. And so is a sense of entitlement. Not Trump. Suspiciousness of other people's motivations? Actually I think he's way too trusting and accepts people into his inner circle he shouldn't have accepted, because he isn't suspicious enough. And so on. I think this list is at best Liberal Paranoia and at worst Leftist hatred finding a bunch of lies to rally round. Edited by Faith, : No reason given.

It's the Left that does the voter fraud.
But the Electoral college is about geography, not people.

The electoral college makes sure the rural areas won't always be overshadowed by the urban areas, by favoring states as such over population. There is no particular bias to the rural areas, it just gives their votes a proper balance. Without the electoral college they'd never be heard from at all.

I don't see any "constant craving for praise" and don't know where you get that.

But desperation in rural regions, whose concerns had perhaps not been given sufficient consideration, gave rise to the Tea Party and the Freedom Caucus and sent uncompromising ideologues to Congress who were so tightly wrapped in their righteousness that they embraced undemocratic tactics to further their ends, such as their manipulation of the judiciary by holding up Obama appointments, including one to the Supreme Court. To my mind that statement shows an abysmal lack of understanding of what brought about the Tea Party and the election of Trump both. To call them "uncompromising ideologues" when such a term really describe the Left is utterly bizarre to me. And interfering with judiciary appointees is even more aggressive from the Left. The politicization of the judiciary is the root problem and that's the Left's doing. You inhabit some other planet, with all the Lefties here. The chasm seems to be unbridgeable.

I listened to the first few minutes and may eventually listen to the rest, but if it goes on in the same vein I certainly don't see any personal need for praise in him, he may exaggerate the achievements of his administration, but I'm not even sure he's doing that, but his focus is on the work he wanted to do and is doing, not on himself.
