Gingrich raises $2M, reveals debt - POLITICO
Newt Gingrich heavily in debt. Anyone else finds this extremely ironic considering all the fiscal responsibility thing coming from the right?

Con-artist...
I really was really really hoping she'd run. It would be an awesome republican ticket... Palin-Odonnell ticket that is.

That was painful to watch. He was pleading for help from Ron Paul. You could see it.

If gingrich wins the primary, then republicans would have zero excuse for being against gay marriage.

I've been watching the republican debates. It's actually pretty obvious if you think about it. The republican party has no viable candidate against Obama.
Bachmann is a joke. If she wins the primary, she will have no chance in hell against Obama in formal debates. Cain is facing several sexual harassment charges and will probably drop out soon. Just his affair should kill his campaign in the near future. Yeah, the conservatives will rally behind someone like Gingrich who has 3 divorces and several extramarital affairs in his resume. And yes, that last sentence was sarcasm. Romney's flip-flopping has caught up with his campaign. Even if he makes it as far as winning the primary, Obama will school him. There are 3 reasons why Rick Perry isn't a viable candidate. (1) He tends to stumble in speeches and often times has trouble formulating his words (and I think people are not going to vote for another GWB), (2) he's too far to the right for most conservatives out there (SS is a ponzi scheme, global warming is a hoax, etc.), and (3) ............ um...... I can't remember 3 right now. Ron Paul - Yeah, like they will ever vote for Ron Paul. Everyone else is a nobody.

Don't take my word for it. Just watch the debates yourself. The only 2 people who can stand up to Obama face to face are Gingrich and Ron Paul. I honestly can't see a party that voted GWB into office (you know, the same guy who very vocally supported criminalizing homosexuality in Texas when he was governor) would vote for a guy that has had several extramarital affairs and has been through several marriages and divorces. I also can't see the conservative base voting for Ron Paul, the one republican that I actually like.

I know. I like him because at least he's honest and upfront about what he's like. Look at all the other candidates. They are either flip floppers or they try to pull the god card.
When Ron Paul says he doesn't believe in evolution, I really do believe he doesn't believe in evolution. Now, don't misunderstand that I would actually want him to be anything other than a figurehead. I'm just saying given the only choice between him and any of the other rep candidates, I'd hesitantly choose him.

Perhaps I should have been more clear. Out of all the candidates Ronny is the only one that doesn't mention god and make sure the world knows he thinks evolution and climate change are hoaxes by scientists. Sure when he gets asked he will tell people that. But he doesn't spout that nonsense in every other sentence. The other candidates use every opportunity to tell the world science sux god rules. This makes them look fake.

He doesn't actually say it nearly as much as the other candidates. Do you watch the debates? The other guys are shameless at bringing up the word god and proclaim how evolution and climate change are hoaxes by scientists. Ron Paul doesn't just bring them up for no reason. He only brings them up when he is asked about them.
Let me ask you this. Who is your least hated candidate among the republicans?

Where is buzsaw when one of my prophecies came true? I've been telling people for years. I have the gift of foresight! Yesterday, I said Cain was going to quit soon. Sure enough, today he made his announcement. How much more proof do you need that I'm a true prophet?

Like I said before, the republican party at the moment has no viable candidates. It's been taken over by the ultra religious conservatives. So, anyone who even hints on leaning towards a moderate position gets kicked out of the campaign right away. The rest are too crazy for anyone else to like.
That said, between Gingrich and Romney, who would you vote for? I've been thinking about this as well. I'd vote for Gingrich. He at least is more sincere than Romney.
